Pastor David A. Hadley, Sr. was born March 20, 1955 to Davis and Amanda Hadley. He was married to Darlene Geronda Hadley on May 26, 1973. Out of this marriage union were born four children: Michelle, David Jr., Diane and Monica.
As a child, Pastor Hadley had the word of promise spoken into his life. Those words became life when he joined Bridgeton Miracle Revival Tabernacle (now known as Glory Tabernacle) in 1980. Pastor Hadley desired a closer walk with the Lord, and he wanted more of God. On March 20, 1982 (his 27th birthday), Pastor Hadley rededicated his life to the Lord and received the baptism of the Holy Spirit during a revival preached by Evangelist Anna Wiggins. First Lady began serving the Lord in 1975 at the age of eighteen and became a member of the Bridgeton Miracle Revival Tabernacle (now Glory Tabernacle) under the leadership of the late Bishop Dr. Arvin J. Hall, Sr.
She served in ministries/auxiliaries as a member of the Adult Choir, Usher Board, Praise Team, Director of God’s Little Ones, Pastor’s Aide Committee, and with her husband served as Pre-Marital Counseling and Couples Coordinator. She is also a soloist and a true worshipper. She loves to sing and dance. In 1999, the Adult Choir had changed its name to Agape Choir and sang with the Recording Praise Team for their first CD entitled, “Glory In Praise”.

Ruling Elder James H. Lewis was the fourth of five children born to the late William H. and Adelaide M. Lewis at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch, NJ. He is married to Ruling Elder Diane S. Lewis and they have five children, Conrad, Charmaine, Jason, Damon and Matthew. Elder Lewis, at the age of 4, declared to his paternal Great-Grandmother and his Maternal Grandmother, “ I Preacher “ Elder Lewis accepted the Lord Jesus as his personal Savior On December 31, 1981 at Mt Pisgah A.M.E Church, Jersey City, NJ During a Watch Night Service. His life has never been the same. Elder Lewis has worked in various ministries at Glory Tabernacle and currently serves as the Ruling Elder over the Ministry of Discipleship. Elder Lewis is a graduate of the Glory Tabernacle School of Ministry and received a B.A. in Theology from the International Christian University, Chesapeake, Va.
Ruling Elder Diane S. Lewis is the seventh born child to the late James and Thelma Stringer, Philadelphia Pennsylvania. She became a Born Again Believer in January of 1971 at a House Prayer Service and later joined Deliverance Evangelistic Church. It was there that she cut her spiritual teeth and began to grow in her walk with Christ.
She moved to Bridgeton NJ in 1977 and soon joined Bridgeton Miracle Revival Church under the Pastor ship of Arvin J. Hall Sr., who later became a “Bishop”; A mighty man of God who believed in prayer and standing on God’s Word. She is currently serving under Pastor David A. Hadley, Sr. who is greatly instrumental in taking her to the next level of ministry. She has worked in numerous ministries and obtained pertinent Credentials/Licenses at Glory Tabernacle Church but” the best is yet to come”. She is married to Ruling Elder James Lewis, mother of 5 wonderful Children and 15 ½ Grandchildren.
Ruling Elder, Chief Alphonso Rahming, Sr. came to Glory Tabernacle on January 1, 1978 when he made Jesus the Lord of his life. Elder Rahming was mentored by his co-worker, Elder Willie Joe Fletcher (Pastor of Cecil Deliverance Tabernacle), who encouraged him to “go help” young Pastor Arvin J. Hall, Sr. at Bridgeton Miracle Revival Tabernacle (now Glory Tabernacle). Elder Rahming has held many positions in the ministry including, church bus/van driver, janitor, trustee, choir member, teacher of Sunday School and New Members class and was always giving of his finances to see the Lord’s work done.
Elder Rahming now serves Pastor David A. Hadley, Sr. with the same spirit he served Bishop Hall. He was licensed and ordained a Minister of the Gospel in July of 1997, appointed an Elder and elevated to Ruling Elder in 1998. Elder Rahming has been married to Elder Linda Rahming for 30 years.
Elder E. Deionne ThrBak is a licensed and ordained Elder at Glory Tabernacle. He is the Elder of the Worship Ministry. He and his beautiful wife Tiffanie ThrBak served as the GT Youth Ministry Directors for over 15 years. Elder ThrBak’s education includes; a BS in Chemistry/Math Minor, BA in Theology, MBA, and he is currently a doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership. Professionally, he is an educational administrator. Elder ThrBak is a veteran, he served 10 years as an officer in the US Army, reaching the rank of Captain.
He has three beautiful children, Tiffanie Fabrice (24); Langhston (11) and Ellington (9); along with one grandson, Jamar (5). Elder ThrBak is an accomplished preacher, professionally trained & talented vocalist, educator and college professor. His favorite scripture is John 3:23, “But the hour cometh,and now is, when the true worshipers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.
Elder Hall is the son of the former Pastors, Bishop Dr. Arvin J. Hall, Sr. and Annie L. Hall. He has been a church member his whole life. He loves music and continues to be involved in Music Ministry. He has 4 children: Shanelle, Arvin III, Abram and Andrew.
Elder Hall got saved at the age of 19. He became an Elder in the summer of 2003. He is a graduate of the Glory Tabernacle School of Ministry and has worked in numerous ministries/auxiliaries. He is employed in the computer field and developed a system that helps the church manage its membership database.
Elder Linda Rahming is in charge of the Intercessory Prayer Ministry of Glory Tabernacle. Elder Rahming was saved in September of 1977 and has been active in the ministry ever since. Elder Linda was appointed over the Intercessory Prayer group by the late Bishop Arvin James Hall, Sr. Many early mornings were spent in prayer believing that God is a “Changer of Life”. She has seen many of her prayers answered and believes that staying on your knees before God is the key.
Elder Linda received her Bachelor’s Degree in 2003 from the International Christian University of Chesapeake, Virginia. Elder Linda now serves under Pastor David A. Hadley, Sr. and is married to Ruling Elder Alphonso Rahming, Sr. One of her favorite scriptures is Romans 34:19, “Many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord delivers us out of them all”.
Barbara Matthews joined Glory Tabernacle in 1996 and in 1997, was hired as Secretary to the Pastor and Co-Pastor under the late Bishop Dr. Arvin J. Hall, Sr. and Co-Pastor Annie L. Hall. She continues to serve as Secretary under Pastor David A. Hadley, Sr. and 1st Lady Darlene G. Hadley.
Sister Barbara sings on the Praise Team and Revelation Choir. She taught a children’s bible study on Spruce Street in Bridgeton under the Adopt A Block program. Some of those children have since joined Glory Tabernacle and are active members. Sister Barbara is a member of the Jail Ministry and attends 6 AM Prayer and Sunday School.
Sister Barbara is a Minister In Training (MIT) and has ministered at Good Friday Service, Bible Study, Victorious Living Ministry and as Group Leader at the Women’s Advance.
Sister Barbara is a worshiper and loves singing and praising God. Her heart’s desire is to go higher in Christ, to flow in His Spirit, to be a living example, an ambassador for Christ, to help establish the Kingdom of heaven on the earth.
